When I enroll, do I immediately get a new set of clubs?

No. Enrolling in Concierge is not buying a few set of clubs per se. If you are ready to upgrade, it enables you to proceed with that upgrade at no charge. But enrolling does not instigate the shipment of any product to the new member.

What does it cost to enroll in Concierge?

It depends on how many clubs you have and what size your set is. Go to https://www.epecgolf.com/concierge/ and plug in the necessary variables to see what the joining price would be.

What is Concierge?

The Concierge Program is a program that allows EPEC customers to prepay for future upgrades based on the number of clubs you have in your set and the size the set is at today.

What is EPEC’s return policy?

If a product is returned within 30 days after purchase and has not been used (clubs hit), a full refund will be issued, less freight. Customers returning a product are liable for the shipping costs to return the product to EPEC. Sets of clubs returned within 30 days that have been hit will be issued a refund of 40% of the price paid, less freight. Refunds will not be issued for purchases beyond 30 days.

What is the warranty on EPEC clubs?

Our standard warranty is 12 months on parts and labor for normal usage. We do also offer a very reasonably priced extended warranty that takes the coverage period out to 24 months with our Plus warranty including lost club protection.

What happens on either December 31 or April 1?

We will contact you by email or phone to find out what you have decided. At this point, you’ll have three options: 1) return the set; 2) keep the set you have and pay the difference between 75% of the retail price less what you paid initially or 3) return the set you have and purchase a brand new set for 100% of retail less what you paid initially.
